Telemarketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Identifies prospects by perform outbound call to provided customer listing

• Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies

• Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations

• Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling

• Secures information by completing data base backups

• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/Degree in any field

• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Minimum 1-3 Yea(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Fresh graduate who is sales oriented are welcome to apply

Salary: Basic + Commission (depending on experiences)
